Sessions

The Pre-School is registered with OFSTED.  We are comfortably able to accommodate 35 children to attend each session. Fees must be paid in advance, weekly, monthly or half-termly, but must always be cleared at the end of each half term. If fees are not cleared by end of the half term you will be asked to reduce your child’s sessions so as not to run up any further bills. We will seek legal action to recover any unpaid fees if necessary. If you are funded you will be asked to only attend for funded hours until outstanding amounts are cleared.

 

Once these sessions have been reduced even after you have cleared the bill, the sessions may not be available as others may be waiting for them. So if you don’t want to lose sessions you must be pre-paired to pay for them. Non-attendance, e.g., holidays or sickness must also be paid as the running costs remain the same even if your child is absent.

 

Please notify us if your child is going to be absent for any reason, we will ring to check why they are not attending if you don’t let us know. We reserve the right to seek further guidance if your child does not attend on a regular basis as part of our Safeguarding process.  As any sessions are booked for a term at a time, a cancellation fee will apply if days are decreased mid-term. The terms of cancelation are one FULL terms notice must be given in writing. This can be by email or letter. You remain liable for any fees due up until the end of the cancelation period. We will share any information around unpaid fees with future settings your child attends.
