At Home Time...

 

• No child will be allowed to leave pre-school unaccompanied, or with somebody we have not been informed as having your permission to collect your child. These must be over 18 years old, but it remains your responsibility to inform us of the correct names of people allowed to collect your child.

• If you or the regular person is unable to collect your child we need to be told the name of the person who is making the collection.  The release book will need signing for any non-regular collections.

• We must also be told of any persons who may not collect your child, this to remains your responsibility to notify us of any changes to collectors. In some cases this may require court documents to be shown.

• If you are going to be late please, if possible, phone 07590849369 or (only in emergency 562341) so that we know and can reassure your child.

 

10 minutes after the end of a session, if a child is still with us, we will call all known contact numbers. If after 30 minutes no collection has been made/arranged from the premises, then our local authority social services department will be contacted for guidance. A full written report will be recorded.
