Admissions

The pre-school is open to every family in the community and takes children from the age of two years up until primary school entry. A waiting list is operated on the basis of spaces available and the child's age.

Children can begin at the setting once they have reached 2 years of age and do not have to wait for a start of term if spaces are available.

We accept 2 year funding, universal funding for 3 and 4 year old's and the additional 30 hours funding. If you have applied for 2 year funding FUNDING-FOR-TWO-YEAR-OLDS  and obtained a code we can check it in setting and book sessions for you. If you have applied for and obtained a code for the 30 hours funding bring it into the setting we can check it and can book sessions for you.

Sessions are booked by the term and must be paid for once booked even if off sick or on holiday. All fees must be paid for in advance by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Any outstanding fees need to be cleared by end of each half term. If they are not then you will be asked to reduce your child’s sessions so as not to run up any further bills. If you are funded you will be asked to only attend for funded hours until outstanding amounts are cleared.

If your child is eligible for the additional payment of Early years pupil premium, we will apply for this on your behalf by giving us your national insurance numbers and signing your registration form.

We will continue to consult local parents to ensure that the group goes on meeting the changing needs of the local community.

Families joining the pre-school are made fully aware of the pre-school's Equal Opportunity Policy.
