The pandemic changed the way we operate.

Thankfully, We are now able to show prospective families around the setting during opening hours. Although, due our to policy of reducing the risks of cross-contamination we ask that you do not attend if you or anyone in your household is unwell. You can arrange a visit by booking a date and time with us directly via email at binsteadsteppingstones@aol.com, by phone on 07590849369 or by using the contact form on this website.

Please do not attend the pre-school if you have any symptoms of covid or have had a positive test in the last 10 days, or are unwell in anyway. Also, be mindful that we have hand sanitisers for parents/carers and guardians to use when entering and exiting the setting should you wish to use them.

We are a small team so illness can effect the operation of the pre-school. Should this occur, we will endeavour to arrange staffing cover in line with Governmental ratios. If this fails, we may have to reduce the number of children attending the setting on that day. Priorities will be given to those in key worker roles or who have strong work commitments. This will be done via phone calls to parents/carers or guardians with as much notice as possible. At a very last resort, we may have to close the setting for a period of time until staffing can return to the correct levels.

We are actively encouraging families to access our website and Facebook, sharing photos and videos with their child(ren) of the setting, so they become familiar with us.
